SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, promotional periods and peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier network capacity and other factors outside our control.

Mood Up is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Mood Up is not responsible for parcels delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and products.

If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Mood Up is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
