RETURNS POLICY

At Mood Up, we stand behind the quality of every product we release.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible apparel items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

SUPPLEMENTS

Due to health and safety requirements, supplements cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate remedy.

APPAREL

We offer exchanges on eligible apparel items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Be free from perfume, deodorant, body odour, makeup, fake tan, washing powder residue, pet hair, glitter, marks or any other signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and headwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, please contact:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mood Up cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Subject to stock availability, Mood Up will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item being sent back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

We will assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

RETURN REJECTION

Mood Up reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.

If a return is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense. Any additional handling, administration or recovery costs incurred may also be charged where applicable.

FINAL

By placing an order with Mood Up, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
